Motion Break was my capstone project for my MFA in Interactive Media at the University of Miami. It started as an idea to get people moving while in jobs that require long periods of sitting at a cubicle. So I decided to build an app that will let you set your location (work, home, etc) then remind you during times like your workday, and how frequently you want to be reminded. Within a reminder (a Motion Break) the app will suggest three exercises that you can do to stay active. If you choose to do one it will record it and show you how close you are to your end goal for that day. The end product became Motion Break!
